UTEP sophomore Anthony Rotich repeats his Conference USA Cross Country Athletes of the Week honor after clocking a winning time of 24:18.6 the Notre Dame Adidas Classic last weekend. This is his third weekly honor for the season, second in a row and sixth over the last two years.
