Cross-country runner Anthony Rotich has also been named the Conference USA Athlete of the Week. This is the eighth time in his outstanding career that he has received this award.

Cross-country runner Anthony Rotich has been named the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National Athlete of the Week.

The men's and women's cross country team competed in the Lobo Invitational 5K Saturday morning. The men's team performed at a very high level as they knocked off the 17th ranked New Mexico Lobos.
